Returns

If a device is dead on arrival or does not match the configuration you ordered, we replace or refund. Contact us the same day with photos and the serial.

Change-of-mind returns are only accepted on unopened units, within the window agreed when you ordered, and may carry a handling fee. Activated devices are not returnable except under warranty.
